Google Research reports an agentic system that controls liquid-handling lab robots directly, closing the loop between computational protein design and physical testing. Agents propose candidate binders, run the wet-lab assays, read results and iterate. The team says the cycle produced protein binders with single-digit nanomolar affinity against cancer-related targets.
