Amazon ran a live trial of its Leo satellite broadband service for the US Army's DEVCOM C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Using the Leo Pro phased-array terminal, engineers linked a laptop through the constellation and ground gateway network, showing throughput of up to 400 Mbps. More than 30 Army personnel observed the demonstration.
